DESCRIPTION OF GOODS
The images advertised or offered to our clients are typically actual or digitalised photos of the specified product. Please be aware that while most images are accurate representations, there may be variations in products from different batches. Natural variation can occur in real wood flooring within the same batch. We recommend obtaining a sample cut of the wood planks or tiles before placing an order.

Please note that due to our extensive product range and regular stock updates, product specifications such as pack sizes may be subject to change. Clients are advised to seek full clarification on all relevant details before finalising any product orders.

PRICING
The price for each product is clearly displayed in pounds sterling per square meter (sqm) and includes VAT unless otherwise specified.

All trade and wholesale prices are exclusive of VAT.

Delivery costs are not included in the prices unless explicitly stated as part of a special offer, such as free delivery.

While we strive for accuracy, occasional mispricing or outdated advertisements may occur. We recommend verifying all details with a member of our sales team before confirming an order.

Special offers, such as free delivery and percentage discount codes, cannot be used in conjunction with each other.

ORDERING
You can make purchases directly on our website using the shopping cart. Each product is available in sample, pack, or pallet quantities.

Alternatively, you can place an order by contacting us. We can send you a pro forma invoice via email for payment.

Most products advertised are stocked in UK warehouses, offering a lead time of 2-5 working days (24 hours for next-day deliveries). A small percentage of products may be held in European warehouses. Please inquire about lead times.

PAYMENTS
Payment completion signifies the creation of a sales contract between Jordec Flooring Solutions and the client.

Debit/Credit Card: Orders and payments can be made using Debit/Credit Cards through our website at https://jordec-flooring.com/.

Bank Transfer: We accept payments via bank transfer. Bank payment details are included in pro forma invoices sent to clients by email. Orders are processed for delivery upon payment confirmation.

DELIVERY
Delivery is facilitated by a third-party pallet courier company. If you wish to cancel your order after the pallet delivery service provider has collected your goods, you will be responsible for transportation return charges.

Pallet deliveries are standardly conducted as ‘kerbside’ deliveries. Please note that delivery drivers are not authorized to enter premises or residences.

Following warehouse collection and arrangement of a delivery date, it is the client’s responsibility to make necessary arrangements to receive the delivery. Costs incurred due to delivery failure or delay resulting from client actions (e.g., absence during delivery) will be borne by the client.

Economy Delivery typically takes 2-5 working days from payment receipt.

Premium Delivery offers next working day service. Orders must be completed and paid for by 12:00 p.m.

Jordec Flooring Solutions will not be liable for any costs resulting from late delivery due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic delays). Clients are advised to receive goods before scheduling work or installations.

INSPECTION OF GOODS
Clients are advised to check the following before signing for a delivery: a) correctness of the product, b) accurate number of boxes in the delivery, and c) visual inspection of pallets for any evident damage.

If any issues are observed, clients are recommended not to sign for the delivery and to promptly contact our office for further assistance.

Clients must thoroughly assess the shade, look, and appearance of the floor/tile before installation. Once installed, acceptance is presumed, and Jordec Flooring Solutions will not be liable for subsequent claims.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
For canceled orders after payment and preparation for dispatch, clients will be responsible for all costs incurred up to that point. This may include restocking fees and courier costs.

In cases of returns (partially or in full) for undamaged or non-defective goods, clients will bear all courier costs, including return delivery arrangement, and a 40% restocking fee.

Notification of all returns must be made within 28 days of the original order delivery date.

Refunds will only be processed after verified receipt of returned goods at the warehouse.

Refunds will be granted for goods in ‘resalable condition’ after inspection and may take up to 7 days to process post goods receipt.

DAMAGED AND/OR DEFECTIVE GOODS
While clients are advised to inspect goods before signing for them, it may be challenging to determine all damages or defects through cursory inspection. The following terms apply in such cases:

Clients must report damages or defects within 7 days of delivery, potentially requiring photographic or video evidence.

Failure to claim damages within 7 days of delivery date deems the goods acceptable, absolving Jordec Flooring Solutions of liability thereafter.

Jordec Flooring Solutions will rectify defects caused by faulty design, materials, or workmanship through repairs or replacement deliveries, without compensation for such defects.

Post-installation claims for damages due to defective products require validation by an independent flooring inspector. Claims lacking an official report will not be covered under any manufacturer’s warranty.
