When you order samples from us, rest assured that they will be dispatched promptly via Royal Mail or a reliable parcel delivery service. For single box orders, we utilize a trusted parcel courier for swift and secure delivery to your doorstep.

For larger orders consisting of 2 boxes or more, we go the extra mile to ensure the safe transportation of your products. These orders will be palletised and delivered through a reputable third-party pallet courier service. Our standard shipping timeframe for pallet deliveries is 4-5 working days, providing a reasonable and efficient turnaround time for your orders.

While we strive to offer competitive and transparent shipping rates, it’s essential to note that delivery costs may vary for premium postcodes. Locations such as Cornwall, Rural Wales, Scottish Highlands, and the Channel Islands are considered premium postcodes and may incur additional charges for delivery. We believe in transparency and want our customers to be well-informed about any potential variations in delivery costs based on their specific location.

  • £65.00 per pallet space (2-5 business days) for all standard UK postcodes, except for the following:
  • DG, KA1-26, KA29+, KY postcodes: £85.00 per pallet space
  • DD postcodes: £100.00 per pallet space
  • AB, BT, IV1-40, KW1-14, PH, PO30-41 postcodes: £120.00 per pallet space
  • GY, HS, IM, IV41+, JE, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20+, ZE postcodes: £175.00 per pallet space
